While not what I expected of him going in (as far as what I thought may happen), every single second of Shockwave onscreen is golden. That tube on his arm, the way he charges his weapon , his beastly walk, his machine that he scoots around in, hell I even dont mind his mouth at this point.
Yes. I love Shockwave too... and all 30 seconds of him were, indeed, golden. I loved the way he walked... and then those parachute guys landed on him and he died. But man, he totally... walked down that street... yeah, such a badass.
The fact that he was in the film at all, was quite something. We get an action figure as well! But was it worth it to see him so vastly under used and killed so tamely? PS. This must be about the 10th Shockwave thread Ive seen over the last 7 days! A sign that he is a very popular Transformer indeed......
I love the Shockwave character, but if it wasn't for his trademark head, I would never have guessed it was Shockwave. Why wasn't there a single moment in the film, which showed how much Shockwave acts according the ways of logic? Logic was always very important for Shockwave, yet we didn't see anything of this. A real shame if you ask me. I also expected to see some sort of struggle about leadership between Megs and Shocky. Wasn't there!
It's not, but don't come into a Shockwave appreciation thread sprouting your contempt for the character. That's trolling and trolls suck
Contempt? Where did you pull that from? This is what I said: I love Shockwave, I thought his design was one of the coolest in the whole movie series - but I, like many other people, are terribly disappointed at the shabby treatment he received. But, as usual, whenever I bring up any of the film's shortcomings, I get labelled a troll...
Every single second except for his death was pure awesomeness. His octopus like mouth was really cool too. All in all for the little time he had he was incredible.
When you post in the Movie Discussion subforum, what do you expect? If you don't like the films then post in another subforum.
