Shipping to Canada

    Anyone ever shipped out to Canada before? how come USPS rates are like 40 bucks? I have a relative there that wanted to trade for my MP thundercracker and i notice that shipping is like 35 bucks?

    "Mystery Border Fees". No, I'm not kidding. Customs and duty and whatever other crossborder stuff shipping companies have to deal with really drives up the cost.

    UPS is cheaper than USPS though...found it for 25.00. With UPS if it has a automatic 100 dollar value on it, then I wouldnt need Delivery confirmation then? in case it gets lost

    so he would have to pay custom fees also when it gets to him?

    International shipping is expensive. But don't tell any international folks.

    True but not true :) 

    If u want tracking, bend over and bring your own sand lol

    If u send it no tracking and the like its only a few dollars more.

    Sent a Thrust in his box to Portugal for $15, did the same for a friend on the board in Canada and think it was like $10 or so for a few figs he bought.

    The above mentioned items with tracking were 45$ to Canada and like $60 something to Portugal.

    Both were thru USPS

    But it mostly depends on who your dealing with and how they want it sent.

    Ups was pretty good. Dumb why ups charges for delivery confirmation if u have a tracking number automatically and insured up to 100
