That account is her/his alt ID for shilling and setting the price of figs.

    Reporting it does nothing.

This. Frankly, when buying pre-release stuff it's probably best to stay away from Jenny unless you don't mind your wallet getting screwed.

Ebay HK does not care as long as they get paid.

I reported them twice in a 2 month period with no success.

Now if it was ebay US they would act fast.

I typically stay away from HK auctions or BIN.

Eh, I think that's a bit extreme. There's plenty of stand up sellers over there as well as people like Jenny. Frankly, there's just as many sellers like Jenny here in the US as there is in HK.

Oh this is such bullshit! Got shilled on Universe Ironhide too. Maximum bid of $2 and because Jennyzz dont like it His/her alias outbids me. The fact that i was outbid does not bother me. Its just by who that does.

Edit: Reported the two auctions i got shilled on and gave a link for the sellers feedback left for others. While this may not achieve anything i feel a bit better.

Can Ebay in a different country block that sellers listings or can it only be done in the sellers home country? I.e Can Ebay UK block Jennyzz's listings to Uk buyers

Ebay US also has a tendency to jump the gun. They slammed me for shill bidding once, and I wasn't at all. I just took the two weeks off from it though and laughed at them. If it happens again for no reason, then I'll make a fuss at them.

It could be Jenny shill bidding or it could be just someone who's new to ebay and loyal to her store. It can go either direction. I'm not as quick to scream shilling because of being falsely blamed for it before.

No, that's not extreme at all. Extreme would be me saying "All sellers outside the US are terrible and dishonest!" Which I wasn't implying here. A lot of the international listings I've looked at have seller ratings of 95-97% with tons of negatives in recent months. Those are the ones I'm referring to. And yes, there are bad sellers in the states as well. I actually bought a Revoltech from a HK seller with a very high rating and maybe 1 negative in the past year. But my reason for staying away from a lot of these listings are also the excessive shipping charges. Now I realize that importing isn't cheap, but I've seen some crazy amounts for figures that are loose or small.

I'm usually hesitant to claim shill bidding too, since anytime anyone with low feedback seems to be bidding higher than what other bidders like, there's suspicion of a shill. The tinfoil hat really isn't my style.

In this case, however, it's almost certainly Jennyz messing with the auction:

    l0velydudu123
*Has left about 20 feedback for Jenny only to receive 2 in return
*Has won Jennyz auctions nearly 30 times in the last 30 days.
*Is also located in China (weak by itself, given China's population)
*Has won some items multiple times, like Univ. Ironhide 3 times

Also, something I doubt is a coincidence, there's a bidder, whose ID is hidden of course, who bids on many of Jenny's auctions, has 100% 30-day bidding history w/Jenny and has a mere 3 feedback, like l0velydudu123. I wonder who this must be...

In researching this stuff, I also found this bidder with the same bidding & feedback characteristics:
    psikyo1974cw

It looks as if Jennyz has at least 2 shills working for him/her. It's not hard to figure out when these accounts are bidding on Jennyz auctions from the little bidding info eBay provides either.

I call shenanigans and shill bidding.

I stop bidding if I see the item start to go up like that.
    Then I report them.

I would say the best defense against shill bidding is to "know your price".

Do research on the stuff you going to bid and make sure you DON'T go into a bidding war.

And sniping at the last few sec definitely helps too.
