Considering the Penguins of Madagascar weren't originally designed for their own spin-off series, I found their antics in the movies a bit more entertaining than the four main characters and the cartoon is relatively on the same level (the Dr. Blowhole special was good for a cartoon special, even if it was based off of a throwaway joke from an earlier episode) But I can't really see Kung Fu Panda as a cartoon, unless the writing team is as good as Penguins, in which case it might do well.
