Shaun of the Dead Lego Set Possibly Incoming

The Cuusoo Lego site is a spot where Lego puts up ideas they are considering looking into. They allow fans to vote on which product ideas they will pursue. If you remember, this is how the Lego Minecraft set came about. Now, they have garnered enough votes to consider a very cool idea. The Winchester - Shaun of the Dead Lego Set has garnered enough support for Lego to look into creating an officially licensed set! They needed 10,000 votes, and they achieved that this past weekend! Now we just have to await word on whether this product will go into production.

For now, click the headline of the story to see some images.

Lego normally never sells Zombie-relating themes to kids.

Except that time they made a zombie minifigure.:inquisiti

And kids weren't Shaun of the Dead's target audience anyway.

Yeah, zombies have no place in the world of children's playthings.
Can you imagine if they showed up in something like Star Wars or GI Joe??

    Oh wait...

I'd definitely be interested in these, but only because I saw the movie. I think if I were a kid, I'd only be interested in the zombies and not characters from the movie if I hadn't seen it. Zombie legos would always be cool haha.

Lego Cuusoo isn't really aimed at kids anyway. It seems more like an outlet for them to do older collector based stuff.
