Note: Not sure if there is already a thread on this but I did a search and turned up nothing. If there is please fill free to merge. Sorry for the trouble.

Picked him up loose on Sunday and couldn't stop fiddling with him. Love the mold and very simple to transform.

The paint apps are a bit poorly done on mine though, with some "bleeding" and also the tip of his "nosecone" is inexplicably bluish

Overall a very fun character with fair poseability and nice tight clicky joints. I'll take and post more pics later, probably together with a Classics Jetfire for fun too

He's supposed to look like Jetfire. According to the G1 cartoon, he and Jetfire were friends and fellow scientists on Cybertron. In this alternate reality, they basically say he became just like Jetfire did in G1.

Shattered Glass was a set of repainted/remolded figures which depict a alternate reality wherein all the Autobots are bad guys and all the Decepticons are good guys.

I love this guy. It's the only Shattered figure I have (and one a very small collection of general Botcon toys). It was a great mold to begin with - enough so that I imported the Galaxy Force version when Cybertron started hitting shelves. And while some complained that this repaint was unimaginative and had too much white, I really like it. I just makes sense - Starscream (as noted by others) has turned out to be the good scientist as "normal" Jetfire did.

Only trouble is the spring for the right arm's sword has become unaligned so it doesn't spring out, and even when pulled out it isn't supported well. Most of the time, though, I keep the blades in. They're more in character for the UT Starscream version of the mold anyway.

Dunno if I'll get Universe Dirge or not, but if any of you don't have this mold yet (and it's been hard to get - one japanese excl. release, one american excl. release, one botcon release, and now another american excl. release), get Dirge when he hits Target/Zellers. Very fun mold.

    Looks pretty neat.

Oh - has anyone got a SG Megs they wouldn't mind reviewing for us, please?

I didn't find a thread for him yet - and while I may never get a chance to get one myself, I'd love to hear what those who do have him think of him...

...and whether or not Battle Rollar fits in place of that black tank!

Nah - SG Jetfire would have to use Classics Jetfire's mould, and Starscream's 'normal' colour scheme!
