Minor/Repaint: Shattered Glass Hot Rod

    SHattered Glass Hot rod was made from the Sons of Cybertron version of Hot Rod. It made the LED mod much easier with the clear plastic as opposed to my earlier version.

    By the way, just to solicit some side feedback. Which DOTM toy would you like to see customized most?? I have the whole lot of them with me but with not sure which to start of first.

    As to your dotm question, I say Skyhammer. It's the only dotm toy that appeals to me thus far...

    I really like the custom a lot, but I wished the flames had more definition. A simple, white outline around the edges would really push this one even more. :thumb

    I think the airbrushed flames look fine, but the outline would push 'em to being more defined. I can't remember the last custom you did (MP Rodimus maybe?), but I gave the same suggestion there as well. :wink:

    Love it. Glad he lost the mustache, and honestly, I like the "ghost" flames the way they are. Makes him look a little more ethereal, like he's got a hidden power that's wanting to break out.

    looks great sabby yeah those flames are a pain in the ass to get,iv failed many times!im gettin it good now though check out mike Lavallee true fire dvd's if ya have not seen em,they come with some awesome stecils for true fire and are in really small sizes great for tfs!

    ps i love the deep colours do you use enamels or acrylics with your airbrush?and great job on the custom!

    I love the piece, just one small minor thing..... Anyway to hide/paint the white square around the SG emblem. Kinda sticks out to me. Other then that as my Birthday is this week coming feel free to mail it to me at...... ;)
