This one was really fun to do. The original Botcon Blurr is, in my opinion, a horrible figure. It really has no articulation, so here is the updated version. I used a Generations Blurr and painted it in Botcon fashion. SG Blurr also has a Mechtech weapon to go with his pistols and rifle. Of course I had to give him his eye patch as well to complete the look. Hope you enjoy the pics.

I like it, love the alt mode paint scheme but which one was the botcon blurr, I don't pay attention to that stuff as Australia doesn't have tf conventions.

The botcon version was an Energon mold I think and it had the entire back half of the car mode hanging of the back of the figure in Bot mode. The arms didn't really bend either. This new version solves all those issues for sure.

What's the deal with the two panels on the hood? They are painted white. Aren't they supposed to be painted black?
Anyways, excellent painjobt and great mold choice.

    Blurr (SG) - Transformers Wiki

I think its probably to adhere to the original color scheme of alt mode?

Unfortunately that is my crappy camera skills. The two panels are not white, but silver. That is the flash from the camera that makes it washed out. And as another board member wrote, it is to adhere to the original paint scheme.

Well I don't usually like to duplicate something I've already done, but feel free to PM me and we can discuss what you are looking for.

Actually it is the Cybertron Blurr mold. The Armada Blurr had a minicon where as the Cybertron toy used a Cyberkey. The official one used the mold with the key.

Nice custom by the way. ;)

the botmode is spectacular. i'm not really sold on the lightening bolts in carmode. maybe some color blending to give a more realistic look, but either way, this custom is awesome. great job!
