I am saying that I personally find Palin to be a total cretin. I made no mention of her politics, nor do I feel the need to justify my personal opinion of her to anyone.
I am also saying that I personally find Shatner to be awesome, and that by trying to take him on she made herself look stupid.
And I am ALSO saying that this is NOT a political thread. In fact, I specifically said in my post that no-one had even mentioned her politics.
I am saying NOTHING more than that.
If you wish to interpret my post as anything else, then that's entirely up to you. But you WILL be interpreting it wrong.

I think it has to do with the fact that Shatner himself has become post-Shatner. The shit has become a shat, if you will.
