OK, first things first: this was an experiment with Sharpies. It started with making the rims silvers, and exploded into a full custom. I do realize it is not perfect, but he's a Junkion right? He shouldn't be perfect. I also noticed after re-assembly and transformation that I missed some spots. I'll probably go back and touch it up.

He also has a head and chest plate form Maiden Japan, here on the TFW boards. Awesome stuff!

    That's all. Enjoy!

I often use a Black Edding when painting my Customs, Kind of like the effect you have with the red still bleeding through.

I like it. How has the rubbing-off part been since you posted this?

My fingers got a bit of black on them as I was transforming it, and I assume there will be a little bit more the more it's handled. The silver also does NOT stay on the rubbery parts like the mirrors. You can kind of tell that the right handlebar piece has a bit more of a silvery sheen to it. After applying the silver Sharpie, you have to take a paper towel to it and rub most of it off. It leaves this minor sheen. I'm not sure if multiple coats will make more of the silver stay on or not, I'll have to try that.

wanna try giving it a topcoat? I'd advise a spray of matte or semi gloss... would lock the colors in and prevent the rubbing off and bleeding...

It almost looks like something deliciouspeter would do. Not the sharpie part, mind you. Just the color scheme.

Thanks for all the kind words guys! I'm thinking I may try to re-do this with actual paint before finalizing anything with clear coat. Or maybe I'll just leave it janky and coat it up... who knows? LOL

I definitely want to see how sharpie'd surfaces look and react to something like Future. I've personally never tried it before.

Nice job, the problem I find with sharpies and other permenant markers is the way it seems to rub off on your hands if you touch them.

Funny you should say that. I just picked up a black and silver paint pen after I finished this. I might go over it again with those to see the results.
