I thought vortex need his ski to fold too - they didn't move at all - so I carefully scraped the block to allow them to fold - makes him stand way better in robot mode with no chance of the parts fracturing which it might if forced. I didn't have to hack at him it was just some slight shaving to free the joint enough for the skids to move.

I wanted him to be able to stand and he can't do that well with frozen skis.

I'm in. I'm itching to burn money on this. I actually really love the face sculpt of the Bruticus figure but am so disappointed in the wonky arms and kinda awkward legs.. This pretty much makes the figure far more badass than I could have ever hoped. Now it just needs to be made. And FAST. I'm impatient with money and need this for my photocomic...

 

Echo, congrats on your label. I hope you're able to bring more of your ideas to life via this label

Oh man, the prototype at TFCon looked amazing. I just wanted to open the case and take it out, then run away. Can't wait Echo, great work! So glad you teamed up with SxS (I think that was the company, my pictures are fuzzy).

 

The "prototype" shown at TFCon is the same one that echo has painted up. The parts were initially produced via Shapeways. You can see them on the first post of this thread.

My point was, in person it looked great and I wanted to yoink it.

 

Do you think we would see a set for FOC ruination too?

 

This has been brought up a few times. Ruination kit is strongly suggested at being in the works, probably being one of the later (if not the last kit) released.

I think you're a little confused, Echo is doing a full 3rd party release, this will not be available on Shapeways, but in a box set on sites like BBTS, and TFSource.
