I ordered Process's Drift Sword from Shapeways but it was warped when I received it. I emailed Shapeways and told them what happed. I broke trying to bend it back into shape after I emailed them. When they replied back, I told them about me breaking the part and sent pics. Shapeways sent me another sword but its warped badly too. Should I email Shapeways again? Has this happened to anyone else?

    first sword(broken) and second sword

What material did you get it made with?

You might be able to bend it back in shape, by dipping it in hot/boiling water, until its bendy, then put it in cold icy water to freeze the shape.

Looks like they didn't let it cool enough before taking it off the printing plate, causing it to warp when it was scraped up.

    Dissapointing.

Of course. If they have a problem with their process, they need to know about it.

But, y'know, it may also have warped from exposure to heat or cold during transit, so... It MAY not be their fault. Just keep in contact with Shapeways until you get it figured out.

Hey Venksta, I tried your hot/cold idea, it worked perfectly. You and Yuyuyami have been a big help.
