    I based it off Split Lip's drawing which was inspired by Armada screamer, but now that you mention it, he does look like Hot Rod.

    So now he's HotStar? RodScream? StarRod?? :D 

    I think that the colors suit him pretty well, nicely done! :thumb 

    Just one nitpick...maybe it's my eyes, but I keep seeing shadows of blue here and there?

    That's becouse I didgibashed him from a Botcon Thundercracker and I might've missed a spot or 2

    I prefer the official, but for less of a SGCyclonus/rodimus vibe, try swapping the grey and yellow locations on the robot, retain the yellow stripes, but keep the gold/ locations.
