I would have guessed that by the fact that its a model kit that needs painting you could colour it what ever colour you wanted...

Any ways its not something I'm interested in

Until some of the other Transformers have three swords I'll have to get this.
Only Drift has three swords -only him.

I'm really interested in this kit for some reason. Maybe it's the kitbasher in me.

I do find it unfortunate that the styrene rods aren't included.

I really like robot mode but what the hell is the vehicle mode supposed to be. I mean I get that it's an alien hover car but it looks like a stylish box. Sorry I already own soundwave for that.

If this thing was an awesome car even cybertronian style (meaning with WHEELS) I would be really bummed that it was so limited

I got the original and posted a review of it. It seems they rushed to get the first ones out, poor design, and now they don't even come with all the stuff you need to complete it....

That I could not tell ya? I do know that the kit I got had everything including the drill bits (which you definately had to have) and the rods. I guess you could use screws instead of some of the rods but some of the joints would have to be rods. I think it would be a real pain in the butt to find the right size rods. There are at least 3 different sizes if I remember correctly. I don't see many of these selling anytime soon, unless someone really wants a challenge to make a so-so bot with a sucky vehicle mode.....

I've never been a fan of the character or the attempts made to shoehorn him into the G1 universe. :\

Damn, I thought Drift was pretty sick in the comics. Something mysterious and the sword swinging really enticed me. And now we get stuck with this? What a slap in the face, to the fans and the character. Jeez....adding this to my custom Transformers want list, out of freakin necessity.
