I agree, I also liked Dutch. He was funnier compaired to Leo Spitz who I thought was the human version of the Autobot twins.

Yes! He is definitely the best. Although the humans in general in DotM were a major step up in quality. Adding Mearing and Dutch, while keeping guys like Lennox and Epps and Simmons. Sam's boss was kinda boring and got too much screen time, and Sam himself was annoying, but other than that I thought they were pretty good.

Simmons is the movie. Simmons is the greatest human character in TFs ever.

I love Simmons. Only human character that successfully made me laugh in each movie. That said, I enjoy looking at Megan Fox in TFTM more than him.

Simmons is without a doubt the best human character in all three films. Loved him in each and every scene... except maybe his strip in ROTF. :p

No, my favourite human characters were Lennox and Epps. They’re the only human characters I actually wouldn’t mind coming back.

I liked Simmons in the first film, but in two and three he just irritated me each time he appeared. There’s actually no need for him in either sequel at all. He served his purpose in the first film.

Simmons is the best at one-liners. Dutch was fantastic too. They should be the main characters of the next movie!

Simmons is boss. Him and Dutch need their own movie series.

Screw Sam. Simmons man. Simmons rules, he should have been the hero of the Transformers series over Sam wiggitywhack.

I love that Simmons genuinely evolved over the three movies: in the first he was a dick, in the second he reformed and helped Sam on the front lines, in the third he was already good, but he still helped Sam and even got his... Love, well, back. Sure hope the poor guy wasn't permanently paralyzed.

I agree, he's the best human out of the film series. Derrick J Wyatt even said he'd love to make an Animated Simmons.

I love his character and I was worried they were going to kill him at the end of ROTF when he climbed the pyramid.

Due to Bumblebee's capture, I hated Simmons in the first movie, but grew to like him in ROTF. Sometimes he's a little over the top in some scenes, but I still can't help but like him overall.

He's not my favorite human character, but he's far from my least.
