Anybody catch this show tonight? If you didn't, I envy you. I changed channel half way thru, and I still want half an hour of my life back. It was just horrible. :banghead:

I changed the channel once they started singing the Family Guy theme song.

I liked Family Guy tonight, especially the part where Peter keeps kicking Lucy for taking the ball from Charlie Brown, but the live show made me want to stab my eyes out

the funniest part was close to the end where they had the censor use a recording of the voice actor of cleveland to block out the curses by saying "Cleveland" to promote that craptastic show

    There was no Simpsons on!

I fear Fox's Sundays lineup has finally become the Seth MacFarlane comedy block.

I don't care anymore if he is from my state and features a lot of Rhode Island jokes, his shows have become ****ing lame. Family Guy, American Dad, The Cleavland Show, and now this. 4 Shows?!?!

Dammit Fox, you gave him 4 shows but you wouldn't keep Futurama!

It was a special, this isn't an ongoing show. Cleaveland show has been funny, American Dad really didn't catch on with me, despite having multiple seasons.

I miss King of the Hill.

yeah the live show was god awful.

I did like some of the FG stuff though. I LOVED the bathtub call back. But Cleveland is gone now so it is empty. "Oh that's right he left." The kicking the crap outta lucy was fantastic. That ep started out great then once it became about brian and the older woman it started to suck big time. Made me want to Road House my TV..

The second episode with Miley Cirus and the Evil monkey was a bit better plot wise, but not great. The whole Disney pop acts are robots has been done numerous times before.

I don't think this McFarlane fella is remotely funny or talented. Must be related to the artist.

You've seen family guy when it goes off on a joke for about 10 minutes (like Sinatra Jr. or Conway Twitty) and it is painfully unfunny... it was like that only for a full 30 min. Only remotely decent part was when the lady who play's Lois was mocking Marleen Matlin and Marleen Matlin comes out mocks her for a bit then says "**** you!" to her and storms off. I think she spoke for all of us.

I couldn't even finish the show. Didn't have high hopes to begin with, but the show actually proved to me Seth MacFarlane can do a worse show than the Cleveland Show. I mean, I didn't laugh at anything.

And who else thought the Cowardly Lion on "United 93" was just horrible. I think that that was the moment that I flipped the channel to football. I thought the joke was in bad taste.

    Yup,on Cartoon Network yesterday.Pretty cool.

rattrap007-I know what you mean about FG's very long jokes that should be condensed for one minute(Except for the chicken fights, they're always enjoyable),so I guess I should be thankful for watching a cartoon movie instead of a live action comedy featuring two of the voice actors of Family Guy.

I think Seth runs the risk of overexposing himself. Well, I think he already has, but this doesn't make it better.
