The only series that aren't available on DVD in any form officially are Beast Wars II and Beast Wars Neo. G1, BW, BM, Armada, Energon, Cybertron and Animated have been released in the US, while Headmasters, Masterforce, Victory and Zone have been released in the UK and Australia, and RiD has been released in the UK.

could also look for Scramble City if you don't have it.

Scramble City was included as an extra on the 20th anniversary editions of the movie released in the US, the UK and Australia.
