Man, this is got to be the most disturbing and creepy thing I've ever heard. But there could be more disturbing and creepy news somewhere its only the matter of time when we see it or read it. Dremare- I know where you coming from and I understand, but you got to ease up because if you don't the moderators of this site will ban you from here indefinitely. But still I understand what your coming from.
My personal opinion, If a country even considered making this legal, then yes, they need help, regardless of what county it is. If, say, it was Brazil that this was taking place in, and the title said "Brazil needs help," would you scream racism?
