I got my Kup in today and his head is extremely loose, almost like a wacky wobbler or something. Has anyone else had this problem?

It's probably from all of the years of fighting the Cybertronian Wars....of all the circuit-glitched diodes....they left a piece out!

i thought so too....just pull on the head forward in bot mode...to get the ball back into its correct spot :)  (its either forward or backward but you will be able to feel it....a little pressure...but not enough to break the post the ball is on)

You have to push the head completely forward into the ball joint socket. Mine was loose when I got it. I popped off the head and noticed that it wasn't all the way in.

Looks like QC on these new figures is crap.

Uh, no, two people above you gave an easy way to get the head back into place. Nothing is damaged or needs replaced, just a simple push and it's all good.

Umm, I would actually say this 2011 line is pretty QC prone:
    - Rodimus issues
    - Wreck-gar Stress Marks
    - Loose head on Kup

I will repeat what I said else where. You shouldn't have to be repair a new toy. Hence QC issues.

Had the same prob and did the same that Ersico and Razerwire did. Don't matter he's getting a new head anyway :)

It's just about always been that way, sadly.

I'd like to add about QC in the new figs:

Perceptors windshield connecting slot has stress marks, Perceptors backpack not locking down.

Thunderwing's stress marks on the tail fins in alt mode.

Skullgrin's stress marks where the treads connect in alt mode.

Jazz's stress marks on his front fenders.

And G2 Prime's stress marks on his arms, by the light piping, and in his hands from sword placement.

    Mine too!

    Kup's head isn't a QC issue. It's more of a design issue.
