Just saw it mentioned.
I don't understand..why just not call him Sentinel Prime then?..
They could say that Sentinel Prime was first, died, was followed up by Zeta Prime who only got to be Prime for a short period of time before Optimus takes over...
It is mentioned that there were multiple primes, so Zeta might be a secondary designation. Since Optimus is the "last" Prime, he is simply Optimus Prime.
Zeta Prime is Sentinel Prime!
They probably told 'Zeta' he was the last Prime too. Should have called himself Omega Prime.
I think that's silly! They say in the book he is called Sentinel Prime and Zeta in the game. Something happened somewhere so they just BS it by calling him Sentinel Zeta.
I'm sure the book is not only a prequel but also goes over all the story elements of the Wii and PS3/360 games. Using the book as a "bible" to create external media. He looks like a Sentinel seeing Zeta never really had a face to start.
Honestly, it makes sense.
Lots of TFs have two-part names. Maybe he really was "Sentinel Zeta" before he got the Prime rank?
That makes alot of sense....!
I... personally think that's a cop out.
Hmm. I wonder if IDW might decide to go that route.
I got the impression that there were multiple Primes at once. That being the case Zeta might not have been the last prime when he received the title.
In the book, there is no mention of Sentinel being Zeta, He's just Sentinel Prime. But I do hope they clear that up some more.
Same here, honestly there was no need to create a new Prime unless he's one of the 13. Other wise there was no point. I always thought Zeta was created to take Sentinel's place as the "dead Prime" all because maybe they wanted to do more with him.
Separate names with a comma.
