    Yeah, this would be my suggestion as well.

    Lighting would affect the figure in different ways in both pieces due to the backgrounds.

    Nice, and agree with the others, you need some shadows, etc. Otherwise, very nice ideas!

    yep shadow would be dead easy too, just look at the car behind his foot and copy how the shadow works on that

    You may also want to blur the edges of him ever so slightly, just to get rid of thatfaint white outline.

    Also play with the contrast and brightness settings, he still stands out too much from the lighting of the backgrounds even if you give him a shadow.

    Saturation, contrast and resolution of the two pictures are too different. And the edges of the figure should blend better with the background and the shadow is missing.
