If its a secure complex surely it should have CCTV and security guards?

Goddamn teens, I hate 'em. Why can't all teens be more like me? Then we'd have a perfect world. I know about a year ago someone started stealing gas from cars in our complex

There is 'community' security, but they patrol the streets outside.
CCTV is another thing the 'Owners Board' wants implemented. We have none.
they have apparently been lobbying for it for some time. Perhaps all this will influence their decision.

On a regular basis? Did they catch them or did they just stop one day?

The thing about CCTV though, is won't do too much by itself, people will simply cover their faces (hence the term hoodies in the UK). CCTV must be linked up to security guards who can investigate disturbances.

Hope something gets done about this, having roving kids destroying things is incredibly shitty. When I was a student in South East London, we had a few students who were living in a new town called Thamesmead.

Because it was a new build, filled with council housing, it was filled with feral kids who had nothing better to do than go around, set fire to peoples cars, and watch them burn.

Needless to say, I never visited anyone living there and the people I knew who wound up in there got out as fast as they bloody could.

i used to live in flat with all that 'security' stuff. there was this dude who lived a few doors down who asked me to do some work for him, 1 month later he refused to pay me.

so i peed all over his TVR in the secure garage, got it all over the door handles and air vents. but that other stuff has nothing to do with me.
