Don't you think it may be a little high for just those figures?

This is the original 28 Transformers that started all this collection madness lol. 100% completed with no reissues, and I am willing to accept considerably less than the listed price.

yeah, you have little to no chance at all to get someone to drop 5 K on a block lot auction...if you are serious and wanting to sell them, you need to get serious and start all of them all in seperate auctions...you will sell them faster and get people to actually bid on your auctions....

Sorry this is the only completed set I have for sale at this time.

Thank you for your input but this is not an auction listing. I am prepared to accept Best Offers considerably less than the listed price. If this listing expires I may consider listing them separately.

...on the other hand... if they don't sell I get to hang on to them for another 20 years HAHAHA! =P

Not for nothing but if you were to price them individually at 100 dollars they'd be 2800 dollars. Sadly, for you, only a few of the bigger ones are worth 100.

I'm looking at, high end, about an 800 dollar lot.

Personally I'd pack em up, vacuum sealed in a light tight box and keep them. They're too nice to sell right now.

I do like them and they look in nice condition.

Thanks for the input. I've already received several offers over 1k. If I get one around the 2k range I might bite. If not, I'll just keep them for awhile longer and try again after the next movie LuLz!

I guess the rest of us should start listing a set if you get anywhere close to that price. I would say its crazy but i imagine someone crazy will bite at a lower price anyway.

You should absolutely accept anything around $1K. Sold individually, maximizing their price, these figures would sell for around $900 total, and frankly that's a high estimate.

I wouldn't wait until the next movie. Everyone thinks they can cash in big with collections when the movies hit, flooding eBay and Craigslist and dropping prices. I bought several mega cheap lots around both the recent movies but can't find deals nearly as good right now.

Received an offer for $1500 today. Since I live in Vegas I'm going to run them up to Pawn Stars and see what they'll do before I consider the offer. Thanks for all the suggestions and WISH ME LUCK! :)

HAH! Be prepared to get offered $100, or more likely no offer at all. A pawn shop is the WORST place you could take them.

Normally I would agree, but Pawn Stars is a little different. They have a TV Show HAHA. Besides I can always just give them the finger and walk out.

No - no they aren't. Didn't you see the TF episode? They're either going to-

    A. offer you (up to but probably less than) half of what they're actually worth or
    B. pass altogether

They operate like any other pawn shop. It will be a waste of your time.

rlcsemperfi, ....a lot of the members here offers very good realistic advices for your lot, but it seems like you'd rather not take them and rejects their idea passive agressively...?

HAHA I've never seen the show actually. I (was) heading up there on a neighbors suggestion...dude is kind of an idiot though now that I think about it. Thanks for saving me the trip.

I am grateful for the suggestions and feedback here. I'm, at best, a noob collector and at the time of the listing I really didn't know what to expect to get. I figured I would throw a number out there and see what came back. I'm not 'passive aggressively' ignoring your input but I have already received offers much higher than suggested in this thread so lets just sit back and see how it goes. I'm going to let the listing ride and see what happens.
