Has anyone else received there items from Menasor Lives. I purchased Masterpiece Starscream on Sept 12 and he said he would ship it on Monday sept 14. He said he would ship it this weekend and give me a dc#, but never received the # or confirmation on shipment.
Hi tarheels, did you receive your Masterpiece Starscream? I bought a ROTF Leader Optimus Prime from Menasor Lives. He said he would ship it to Singapore on 5 Sept. I have waited for more than 1 month and yet to receive it. I dropped a PM to him yesterday and this morning but got zero response, although I noticed he has logged onto the website. Has anyone else got a similar bad experience?
Anyone else purchased anything from Menasor Lives and receive their things at all or in a timely manner? I paid via paypal for Voyager Blackout on 9/23/09. On 9/29/09, after never receiving blackout, I messaged him regarding and got response: "Hello. I'm a little backed up due to death in the family but will be shipping this week." I gave him the benefit of doubt....Then on 10/04/09, I get message asking for my address again 0_o I messaged Menasor Lives again on 10/10/09 as to why I have not receive anything and for confirmation number, etc...no response but the Last Activity on his account was 10-11-2009 @ 06:43 PM...
I have waited for more than 5 weeks and yet to receive ROTF Leader OP. He still refuses to respond to my numerous PMs and emails sent to his personal Yahoo account. As a last resort, I have filed a PayPal claim against him. Yesterday, I received a PM from another forummer Devastator137 that he traded some figures with Menasor Lives and have waited 5 weeks and yet to receive anything from him. Liokaiser and other moderators, are you reading this? Please take action! Thanks.
Not surprise I'm not alone. After much time and patience, receiving no response regarding; Menasor Lives IS A DEAD BEAT! I paid via paypal for a transformer and HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. NO RESPONSE AT ALL ALSO. Do not buy from Menasor Lives.
How long have you waited? I waited 3 to 4 weeks to get my figure. sth happened in his family and he is slow in sending packages. But at least I get that.
I have been waiting since 5 Sept. Yes, I'm aware he's facing family problems but that is no excuse for taking someone's money and not honoring the deal. To make things worse, he's not responding to any of the PMs sent to him.
Besides kiiiiiill and devastator137, anyone else got problems dealing with Menasor Lives? To-date I have waited for more than 6 weeks and yet to receive my stuff. I also got zero responses to my PMs. I have escalated my PayPal claim to a dispute to try and recover the $40 I paid him. Menasor Lives last logged onto the website on 10-12-2009 07:43 AM.
I filed a PayPal dispute against him on 13 Oct and gave him ample time to respond. Still, he refuses to respond. On 22 Oct, I escalate the dispute to a PayPal claim. On 2 Nov, the case against him was ruled in my favor but unfortunately, PayPal was not able to process a refund as there are not enough funds in his account. I have contacted my credit card company and submitted my Merchant Transaction Dispute Form. I hope they can assist in recovering my money. PayPal is simply useless and helpless. Don't waste time filing a PayPal claim, go straight to your credit card company for help! P.S. In Singapore, there is a 60-day time limit from the date of transaction to submit a claim. Not sure what are the rules in USA...
