So, most of the Seekers have powers/quirks

    Skywarp: Teleport

    Thundercracker: Sonic Disruption

    Thrust: Instills fear

    Dirge: Instills fear

Ramjet: Uhhh, he hits stuff with his head?

But what is Starscream's? Can he scream? Can he become a star?

I can't really see Null Rays being a power, seeing as how it's an weapon.

He definitely screams every time he begs Megatron to spare his spark after a double cross. Star? Well, he did became a ghost...although it wasn't a power, unless you count his possession ability while he was a ghost.

What, null rays, cluster bombs and being such a damn good flier Megatron doesn't kill him like the traitorous bitch he is aren't enough for you?

They're not? Fine. Starscream can make bacon sandwiches with EXACTLY how much ketchup you wanted without asking. Ok?

Starscream's main 'power' has generally considered to his null rays, but I've never considered it a power; it's just his robot mode weapon, like Skywarp's machine guns and Thundercracker's incendiary rifles.
He doesn't really have a 'power' as such, but he's the fastest of the Seekers, and of course, he's their commander.
    Plus he's sexy.

Thundercracker causes controlled sonic booms (not sonic disruption), which are even more powerful but less controlled when used in conjunction with actual sonic booms caused by his acceleration in jet mode.

Skywarp can instantly teleport up to 2.5 miles at a time.

Regarding Thrust, he doesn't cause fear (he just likes to psyche out his opponents), and he's never exhibited (and certainly his bios have never mentioned) any ability to hover, despite the VTOL engines mounted in his wings (that's always confused me, I must admit).
His special ability is to rapidly accelerate (as in within 20 seconds) from his normal cruising speed (Mach 2.5) up to Mach 5 for a couple of minutes at a time. Hence his name.

Ramjet is heavily armoured, with a reinforced nosecone so he can ram targets in mid-air.

Dirge causes sonic vibrations with his engines which evoke a powerful fear reaction in nearby opponents (I imagine it's not too much unlike the unsettling feeling I get from the engines of a climbing Vulcan bomber :p ). His Dreamwave bio also suggests he can use this ability using internal vibrations in his robot mode, though they're not as powerful.

Starscream is immortal but his main ability was his null ray cannons.

No one in TFs really has a power, it's core components. Skywarp probably had a weak warp chip built into himself, so it's not so much "powers" as it is "weapons".

True, it's largely (I'd assume) a matter of core components, but the upshot is that several TFs have what would appear to be equivalent to 'super powers'; special abilities unique to them, or at least very rare among Cybertronians. Like Megatron's ability to create an interdimensional link to a black hole, Soundwave's ability to 'read' the electrochemical signals of the brain, both technological and organic, and Rumble and Frenzy's vibrating drum assemblies. They're unique 'design quirks' or particular ways in which the characters operate, that other fellow Cybertronians don't share. Seems to me that's pretty much how super powers would work anyway.

I always thought that Skywarp could be the most powerful of all the Transformers. Seriously think about.

    LOOK IT'S OMEGA SUPREME!
"Skywarp teleports into Omega's brain, spark core, whatever. BLAM!
    LOOK OMEGA SUPREME IS DEAD!

Of course he would have to be precise but he must have mastered that to some degree.

In Heavy Metal War Starscream mentions that his rectifier chip gave Megatron his cluster bombs and null ray.

Well, over short range, I imagine his teleportation is very precise (it's stated that it gets less accurate the further he tries to 'port), so it's entirely feasible. But only assuming there's enough empty space in Omega's head for him to 'port into, and assuming Skywarp had enough knowledge of his layout before going in. Let's face it, the last think you'd want to do is teleport into an uncharted space and find yourself permanently fused into a bulkhead.

Yeah, I always pegged that as a somewhat questionable (read "awful") bit of writing. The very idea that the entirety of a Transformer's weapons and powers are contained within a single chip which can easily be transferred to another character is patently ridiculous.

    ...on TOAST!

Even better, transferred by throwing the chip(s) into a FURNACE.
