His insurance company must be Scrooge & Marley. Does he have an address where we can send donations so he won't take so much of a hit when he goes back for treatment?

It's fortunate to see the media represent what the human spirit is really about, rather than glorifying the worst parts of us.

We can all learn lessons from people like this.

I couldn't agree with you more, Draven. That man is truly Scrooge's complete opposite.

    That's a good thing.

It sucks so much that it's the good people are the ones who have to suffer the most in the end.

I would hope that should I come into money I would do something like that. Maybe not walk around dressed as Santa but fined ways to help people.

This is where it'd almost be nice to drop the insurance company's name and then watch them pay for treatment to try and backpedal from the bad publicity.

I live in the KC area and every year we get news stories about this gentleman who would just walk up to people who appeared to be needing the money and just give it to them. Always warmed my heart to hear the news. One year, I believe it was a mother of two who was barely making ends meet and she got $100 from this man. Great stuff. :)
