If you have to choose between both reissues, who would you get? Yes, Predaking beng much more expensive than Piranhacon.

 

Seacons because they're cheaper. I also prefer their colours and beast modes.

I too would go with Seacons for the following reasons.

1. there are 6 figures instead of 5 with Preds.
2. they are about $100+ cheaper.
3. the Seacons have one of the best color schemes.
4. they have the second best combined mode of all.

 

I'm with KA. I would get both. Do it. You won't regret it. I promise. Lol.

 

I was kinda on the fence for Seacons but got them anyway, any my god was I surprised by how awesome they were. I'm still getting Preds in November. They sheer ammount of Awesome in the seacons is crazy im actually thinking of picking up another set so I can have Tentakil and his buddies running around in Beast Mode and still have the big guy.

 

The Predacons. Predaking is the best G1 gestalt ever made with its articulation. The orange is ghastly but that doesn't take away from how articulate it is. I never saw the appeal of the Seacons.

 

Seacons. They look better combined and individually. Like, alot better. The only selling point Predaking has going for him is his size and heft. He's a big heavy toy. But really, he's probably one of the least awesome G1 combiners. Piranacon on the other hand, one of the best.

personally i'm getting neither.

because I already own the takara reissue predaking gift set from years ago.

I don't like many G-1 combiners. needless to say piranaking's mold ranks low on my list.

I prefer all the G-1 combiners get updated homage new mold super poseable toys. 4 basics & one deluxe.

Predaking. I already have a G1 version but I am hoping for the new one to have metal in it. Predaking is one of the heaviest Transformers there is, he looks powerful and has good weapons. On the other hand the seacons are not the best gestalt from g1 and don't feature in the English language cartoon. Its an easy choice. There is a lot of lead time for Predaking so most people should not have too much trouble getting it when it comes to money.

 

Predaking. He's massive, sexy, and way more badass.

Though both is also acceptable.

Fuck the seacons, man. If I ever had the scratch for it, I'd add Predaking to my arsenal of 'cons.

 

If you are into G1 combiners get both. I am getting PRedaking when he comes out and have every version of Piranacon thats out........

 

I have both. The Seacons are more fun, I think...

 

Predaking, the Seacons don't even come close.
