That would be pretty sweet if true. I love Piranhaking's G1 colour scheme.

I dumped most of my G1 stuff but Piranacon is 1 of the 3 combiners I owned as a child. So, it is a most own NOW. Yessss

Now we just need a show accurate Abominus.

That would be nice. I still have my original ones from back in the day, and thankfully they are still minty. And it definitely is a great set to have.

I would though, love to get a God Neptune set. Those colors looked great too.

I knew this had to come sooner or later, especially after they'd released TFCC Seacons/Piranacon. :lol

Boy I hope they restored the mold... The club release was SO bad on the QC front that I would not buy another release of this mold until I had confirmation that they'd fixed the problems...

... Given the recent Bruticus reissue, though, I don't find that likely...

EDIT: Also, all of the colors seem lighter by a shade or two... Maybe this is one of those high-quality KOs we've been seeing?

He was the only one I had as a kid so it looked off right away to me.

Abominus and Piranacon are my 2 favorite combiners. I usually don't buy G1, but I have a vintage Abominus, and I'd love to have this too.

Could Encore be returning....? I'd get this! I have the club ones, but I can put them on my AEC shelved and put these guys with my Classics.

Your TFCC Seacons? Seriously? Almost everyone I've talked to (or, if you like, go look at the Club Boards, or the review threads on TFW...) mentions at least some flashing, posts which are too large or holes which are too small, and certainly many pieces which are either too tight or too loose.

I can't speak to Bruticus - I don't own one. But nearly every review I've read mentions similar problems there.

Never seen a KO with hasbro's "NOT FOR SALE" stamp on it before.

said stamp probably means this would be a US reissue, as odd as that is.

I missed that second post of pictures... My work's firewall tends to make it hard to load some of these Chinese boards. Interesting point there, though... Hasbro's proven reluctant to release re-issues - why would they start up again with the Seacons, especially after the recent club release?
