didnt see this in any other topic in the news area. I found this while looking for pics of movie LockDown apparently some one posted it on 4chan but I picked it up from the allspark so credit to who ever that 4chan guy is



clearly thats lockdown and if I had to make a call on the heads I'd say we have Breakdown, Mindwipe(or maybe scattorshot?) and that scout jet *forgot name*

Damn. Lockdown's AWESOME. It's amazing how easily his design translates from Animated to Movieverse.

 

I wanted to say that the girl looking one was Arcee, but it kind of looks like Sari to me, especially the one with pigtails. Either that, or it's Arcee as a baby.   Still, Lockdown looks amazing and is on my must list to replace that semi-crappy Animated Lockdown.

 

Now that I can clearly see what the head is intended to be...

one of the things that struck me was just how asymmetrical he is. Clearly that's a wheel in the shoulder but that's not copied on the other side. Also the hook seems to be make up of a door but the other side has the engine their... this should make for a very interesting transformation

That second head on the right side looks more like Bludgeon to me. I could be wrong though. Very cool and thanks for sharing it up.

 

I get why you say bludgeon but I did look at the pics and its clearly more like BreakDown.

 

its from this years. there are a lot of awesome transformer sketches in there, including animated movie verse optimus/bumblebee and some prototype sketches of animated jetfire/jetstorm

 

Love everything about Mindwipes design. and Breakdowns head is decent, if a little overly G1ish

Lockdown, ugh. where to began. was horrible looking in animated, and that's only exaggerated on the Movie version. Just a terrible idea to redo a character a year later from a nigh-incompatible line and try and retain the Animated Aesthetic to the degree they did.

Because the autobot symbol is so mainstream that it's basically used as a symbol for 'Transformers' overall.

 

Very nice! Lockdown looks extremly badass. Arcee on there is kind of strange, but what REALLY baffle me is that oddly Sari-esque drawing? Were they planning a Sari toy?
