I was so excited about sharing the pics my thoughts and post was half formed. I wanted this to be a bruticus appreciation thread. I also wanted to mention
1) from looking at ruinations pics i am pretty sure i got the limbs right except for swindle. I am not sure how the arms lock in
2) from the way this looks i think ruination will look great
3) the other unfortunate thing limiting his pose is the foward hip flexion

Swindle - Right Arm
Blast Off - Left Leg

Yeah thanks for posting them. I prefer the way he is configured in the FOC game but he still looks damn good like this also.
By the way you did a much better job of transforming and posing Bruticus than the Hasbro people did at SDCC. I just wish that I could get the FOC acurite colors like the SDCC version instead of those damned neon colors the mass release gets, oh well it will still look awesome.
One question, is the Bruticus head always visible on Onslaught's back and in alt mode like some of the pics I've seen seem to suggest?

Yeah you can see the side of the head and transforming it you know thats where the head is. You cant unknow it. But when i first saw the pics you could aways imagin it as pipes and inner detail. But yeah that bugs me a little. My least favorit vehicle mode of the 5. It does look better if you turn the head down though

I like this, except for the Brawl arm. That really just looks bad and like a complete after thought.

 

According to Optibotimus, there are no instructions for the alternate transformations, just the G1-esque one.

I don't know if his was a fluke, or if they'll be in the G2 set, or what, but as of now...no official instructions. I doubt there ever will be. ROTF Arcee, anyone?

 

definitely looks better with blast off as a leg. I'm definitely getting the mold for Ruination.

 

There will be when the Wreckers come out, as they're being advertised with Roadbuster (Swindle) and Twin Twist (Brawl) being the arms instead of Topspin (Blast Off) and Whirl (Vortex).

Would people please stop calling FOC Bruticus "SCRAMBLE CITY"
"Scramble City" refers to the Generation 1 Superion, Defensor, Bruticus, Menasor.
The Fall Of Cybertron Bruticus uses that same basic pricipal (Robots can become whatever limbs you wish) but they would be unable to be plugged into the ports on Generation 1 Metroplex.
