Only thing that really bothers me about G2 Swindle is the face. I'll get at least a retail Onslaught and Swindle to try them on.

 

Ditto. Orange is such a random color for his visor. Given the fact there's nothing about the mold that says "Swindle" other than his colors, getting them right is pretty important.

I am still amazed at the dearth of in-hand pics of Bruticus. Thousands of him must be out, in the hands of some of the biggest fans around, and there's been... one pictorial gallery?

 

I can wait for the review, we'll get it eventually. Let those fans have fun fiddling with their Bruticus.

 

A lot of those thousands though, are likely trying to be sold on ebay and such.

 

I picked 2 up off of very reasonable ebay auctions. I am much happier knowing that his gun can attach to his back ala G1. I am sure we will come up with better ways of transforming him. I do wish that the In Game Color version was retail though. It also would have been nice to see some pictoral reviews but oh well whatcha gonna do? I don't think I could have made it for the HTS showing of him so i just snapped on $165 version of him.

True, but I would've thought that at least one of the people who got him for himself would have a decent camera and an urge to get a first decent review.

 

Exactly, I can't believe everyone buying him are scalpers. There has to be SOME fans there that couldn't wait to play with him. I've seen 1 video review of him just in the box, why would you even bother? It's a hugely anticipated mystery figure and noone is showing him off? Somethings up...

I made the unforgivable mistake of picking her up before reading or seeing anything about her..... WTF Hasbro???

 

Mine's worse, I read the reviews, saw the videos, and still got her with the hope that she "isn't that bad" or that "they're probably exaggerating". I wasn't as mad at the figure as much as I was with Movie 1 Payload, but god damn it's bad. Returned that bitch, didn't even want to waste my time photoshopping her death in my comic.

I just found this review on youtube that shows SDCC Bruticus next to Energon bruticus with FansProject addons. It appears SDCC is actually slightly taller!
