I've got a super-deformed Robotech morpher in the BBTS Pile o' Loot (link below), but I'm thinking about cancelling it and using store credit for something else. I understand that there's a version of this guy with elbows, knees, and a Gerwalk mode, but I'm not sure if this is it or not. Check it out:

    How 'bout it?

Looks like the same version that's included in the the Robotech dvd sets. Feels like an oversized keychain more than anything, but still pretty cool. All plastic and superlight and not worth 20$ IMO

Sorry for the old pic , but pretty sure it's the same mold as this one. Besides the fragile feeling, the way his arms stick out upside down in jetmode is kinda lame

Agreed. I hate that SD stuff as well.

And definatly agreed on the 2nd part. I have one of those and man, if only they made transformers that well. Masterpiece has nothing on those yamato toys.

I have a bunch of those, but I paid like $5 for them. Definitely not worth $20.

If you don't want to spend a ton, check out Toynami's new 1/100 Valkyries.

Yes I bought it, but I didn't mean to screw anybody out of anything. It's not that popular in the first place! So yeah, it's in my "pile of loot," where stuff goes when you order it but don't want it shipped yet.

I found a pic of the more articulated version: [IMG]
Pretty sweet right? See the elbows, knees, and gerwalk mode? I don't know if they're the same version. The arms are different in jet mode, there's no blast shield on the cockpit, etc. I'm going to go ahead and cancel it. Thanks guys!

I can't afford those $150 Yamato guys, period. I'll just have to get by with Ben Dixon's MP Valk, an SD Valk from years ago, a crappy Banpresto Valk (already broken), and an SD Alpha morpher (also on order, see below).

If the 1/100s become available individually and for cheap, I'll consider it.

    Here's the Robotech Morpher page
    http://www.toynami.com/robotech_chrome.html

Here's an ebay auction with one that does'nt say anything about gerwalker mode
    http://cgi.ebay.com/Robotech-SD-Super-Veritech-3-Morpher-lot-Skull-Red-Blue_W0QQitemZ330009710211QQcmdZViewItem

You can see it transform here
    http://www.valkyrie-exchange.com/Toynami/morphers.html

They go for 19.99 ea and have pull back motors.

Still not 100% sure which version yours is , but let's hope it's the better version. :thumb
Looks like those have pilots as well
