Customs: Sculpting Materials

    Hello, radicons. (Hope I posted this in the right place.) I have a problem. I am a noob to customizing and I am currently working on two customs, DOTM Leader Shockwave and Megatron, and there are parts from the CGI models that need to be added to the customs to make them more screen accurate, (such as the parts circled in the pictues below.) Is there a cheap material that I could use to hand-sculpt these parts that dries fairly quickly?
