Scrapper, Overload and Hightower in the DOTM toyline?

We never got figures for them in the ROTF toyline, and so I'm wondering, with the film DOTM having less new characters than ROTF, is there any chance we're going to get main line figures of Scrapper, Overload and Hightower? What do you guys think?

Personally I'm hoping for later in the line, a deluxe Scrapper and then a Voyager Hightower and Overload.

Couldn't you have at least have added a question mark at the end of the title? I came in here excited because I thought this was a thread announcing them, only to find out its a wish list!

I will honestly say its possible but not very likely imo. Lets hope for the best at SDCC.

Is that when they're revealing all the new figures?

Yeah any new figures for DOTM will hopefully be revealed there since they wanted to wait till after the movie. This is why there were no new figures revealed at botcon.

All, no. Some yes. It is a convention that focuses on comics, toys, movies, that kind of thing. The will show new toys for several different things.
Star Wars, Transformers, and Marvel are just some of the few.

It begins July 21st I think.

I think Prime toys start December, and DOTM will start to slow down soon enough.

SDCC is Hasbro's next chance to reveal new product to the general public. At BotCon, Hasbro said they would be revealing deluxe wave 6 (which presumably contains one or more of Soundwave, Mirage, and Wheeljack) some time shortly after the DOTM premiere. SDCC thus seems like a natural fit for a bunch of new reveals.

Note that this is all speculation. We might not see much at SDCC, though I would be surprised if they did not show us something we haven't seen before. (As a caveat, I was surprised that BotCon didn't show us more new stuff.)

I don't think so. For all the press about Devastator and the Constructicons, NONE of them really seemed to sell well (anyone remember the PILES of shelfwarming Demolishors, Rampages and Mixmasters?), so I don't see Hasbro really itching to do more, especially with the movie (surprisingly) not using any Constructicons, even as scene filler.

There were Long Haul and Scrapprer as Generics.
Also the garbage truck con was looking a lot like Long Haul.

I'd love Hightower to get a voyager class, alas I can't see it happening.

Did they? I recall the Long Haul model reuse for the garbage truck, but it seemed most of the generics seemed to use variations on the Protoform, Barricade, and Dread models.

But my basic point still stands, the various constructicons just didn't do well at retail so I don't feel Hasbro is itching to do more (not to say we may not get one or two, but they are clearly not a priority, especially the ones that got comparatively little screen time in RotF proper)

If this really happened would be a dream come true! Imagine then a Voyager Class Bonecrusher and Blackout Leader?! The folks at Hasbro reads this forum?

At the most, we MIGHT get a Scrapper figure, since he's actually in the movie.

Absolutely not. Which is a shame as I really liked Scrapper's design.

Do you work at Hasbro? Nope. You don't know if they're going to or not, and if you're going to post, please contribute to the actual topic.

The twins were good shelfwarmers, yet they did repaints of both of them. I'm not trying to be an asshole, but Hasbro didn't really consider how well those characters were selling before making new molds of them.

Allow me to rephrase. I highly, highly doubt Hasbro would make toys for characters that didn't have much screen time, didn't have any lines, didn't do anything significant, and got killed off in the previous movie.
