I just wanted some feedback on a method to display scourge and the sweeps. Since i am not getting the united or ehobby versions i was thinking of ways to display them so you can tell the sweeps from Scourge. What i came up with is having Scourge's wings closed to give him the more sinister look he needs and have the sweeps with their wings open. How does that sounds for a method of displaying them? Again just looking for others opinion.

 

ideally, I'd say the best way to display him is to get a united one, that would make him stand out just enough. Other than that the only way I could think of is to place him infront of the others :-S

 

How about not tiliting the wingtips down on the sweeps, so they get almost seeker-y back wings, rather than a cape like Scourge has? (Is that what you meant by closed / open, or did you mean open as if you were storing the weapons?)

You could also have Scourge with his guns connected as the single weapon, with the sweeps all dual-wielding.

 

I could see myself giving the real Scourge my spare Nightstick to use as Fracas.

But I'm not necessarily even going to buy any Sweeps. Shrug.

Not until "The Rebirth" when he got a Targetmaster. As was stated earlier, I gave my extra Cyclonus TM to Scourge.

I'm probably going to add a few red lines to Scourge's wings or something

 

I'd just keep them all the same. But if you want buy some red paint and paint his eyes. And buy some hot pink paint and paint the tips of his fingers pink. Thats what I'm going to do.

 

What I'm doin is keeping Scourge's wings open while the Sweeps closed, and given him a "Fracas" via and extra Cyclonus. I'm actually waiting to see if Reprolabels might come up with an interesting looking set for Scourge. If not, I might get the United one.

 

What I'm planning is pretty simple:

United Scourge for Scourge
Gen Scourge as Sweep
Gen Scourge as Sweep in alt mode
Gen Scourge as Sweep possessed by Starscream with different wing configuration

 

Scourge is getting fp sidearm since I like protector with his add on gun that cam with the upgrade set to go with classics rods gun

im thinking of making the united one scourge and the other 3 gen's the sweeps..maybe ill make the e hobby one scourge but id have to see it in person to make that call....i would just get a united one and call it good tho...IMO....

 

I'll go with United Scourge, Galvatron & Cyclonus in front, and have the 3 Gen Sweeps in back on a riser.

 

To the OP, I would say to just leave them as is except for maybe painting the eyes red. Scourge and his Sweeps are supposed to be identical. If Scourge must be distinct, give him the Nightstick from the original Universe Cyclonus.

One of my Scourge figures is getting a replacement (shiny) Reprolabels faction symbol and swapping weapons with BiS Cyclonus. That one will be Scourge and the other three will be the Sweeps.
