Scorponok toy question.

    I have never owned a Scorponok figure, but like how massive it is. Can anyone tell me if the toy has any diecast metal?

    G1 Scorpy presumably?

    He's all plastic, no diecast, he's one of my favourites, I highly recommend him.

    No diecast on G1 Scorps.

    He's about 14 inches tall if memory serves me right. Definitely a cool figure. You can see his hand in the top left corner of my signature pic if that helps with scale.

    I guess that's why I'm wondering. I heard an online Zarak review where the reviewer said that Zarak's entire back was composed of diecast.

    There are Diecast Parts on Black Zarak, The chest gold peice is diecast and somere is in tail is I think.

    Problem is you can play with a G1 Scorp..I dont think you can play with a Black Zarak, only look at it :)  It may crumble right in your hands.

    No metal I can tell aside from screws/pins on G1 Scorpy, but don't let that stop you. He's an awesome figure. And mine's about to get even more awesome in a couple of weeks....

    it's a very good toy, just pricy, and the head is too small(same size as other headmasters)

    Actually Scorponok has a tiny bit of die-cast at the base of his spine, above the purple wheels; well mine has anyway.

    Even looking at him can be enough, I've given up trying to find a sturdy one. I like to TF my TF's, two crumbling was two too many. Here's hoping for an Encore Scorpy and ehobby BZ that doesn't disintegrate.

    Aah, so he does. Mine's in bot mode, I didn't check under his tail.
