Newsarama has pannels from #4 of civil war, looks pretty intresting and I like the idea behind just showing pannles as opposed to the whole pages. It seems more like a trailer for an episode of a tv show in the next week. PLus you can't always figure out what's gonna happen. anyway on to the link

I bet Thor's trying to stop both sides from killing each other.

No way in hell would Thor side with Tony. I can only see him either taking Cap's side, or neither. Neither being the most logical choice, seing as nearly everyone there are friends of his.

Well at the end of issue 3, Thor appears and takes out several members of Caps side in the process. Also after reading the latest issue of Cable and Deadpool you find out that (Spoiler highlight to read) :

It has been suggested by others here that it might not be Thor himself but Donald Blake using Thor’s power via the hammer. Assuming that to be true perhaps Odin takes umbrage to Blake using the power in this way and calls for Beta Ray Bill to try and stop him. Thus putting Bill with Cap evening the sides out and explaining how Bill ends up on the new Alpha Flight with Cap.

    I love the freaking series.

I wonder who THor takes out. I bet Goliath. I'd like to see a well known character get it like Falcon. We know DD doesn;t go down because the real DD is back in his book and Iro nFist is supposed to be an Avenger in a few months.

Also, I have decided how I want this series to end. Tony and crew are fighting so that kids don't become superheroes before being ready. Well all the kids are on Cap's side. I want one of Tony's guys to kill one of the Young Avengers. That'll really screw up the government's plan and make most of the pro registrants uneasy.

But I have a feeling the series is going to end with some stupid crap with Atlantis which would just piss me off.

Yes it would suck if it became:
“Namor is going nuts-o we must put our differences aside for the benefit off all.”
“Well Namor is gone how do we solve the registration problem?”
    “You go to Canada.”
    “Ok.”

But they are also setting up what could be the Thunderbolts being the common enemy. Either of those seems like to much of the essay way out.

I figure the death is going to be a substantial one from Cap's side. I think our only three possibilities might be Falcon, Black Goliath, and Hercules. Unless its one of the Young Avengers or something. I dunno either way, I think it supposed to someone that hits people hard(course that might be due to the fact that Thor did it). Seemed as though, from Cable's reaction in #31 that it was someone of a major player on Cap's side. *shrugs*

Either way, we'll find out soon enough. Man do I really like this series. Just hope that the end doesn't turn out as a cop out after having such a great story.

I still say that is not Thor. Its just Donald Blake using the hammer. He is the one that picked it up after it crashed to the ground in Fantastic Four and now he is working for shield.

Thor is going to come back and kick the crap out of Blake. Thor also has the power of Odin now since Odin is dead.

The fight I'm waiting for is Blackbolt vs the US Government. Don't know if anyone caught Son of M, but the scene with Blackbolt giving his "response" was awesome.

That image of Captain America and the "pampered punk" comment is single-handedly the best piece of comic artwork I have seen in years. So, so powerful.

Aren't Thor and Donald Blake the same person? So Thor is going to beat up himself?

At this point, I have to go with the theroy that this is just Blake with the hammer and not actually Thor. Not only because I don's see Thor going with Iron Man, but because I just can't see him acting so damn coldly to people who are supposed to be his friends.

    "You all are going down."

    Harsh. (And also not faux-Shakespearian.)

Man, I need to go back to my comic shop. The last civil war issue I picked up was...oh #1. Maybe I'll just wait for trades since I'm so far behind on the series and all it's tie ins, or can I get away with just reading civil war and Civil war:frontline.

I have to say I am really impressed with this series so far. Marvel are redeeming themselves splendidly for House of M.
