In Animated, the episode "Lost and Found" brought up a rather frightening vision of the future, with Sari being horrified at the sight of a massive, resurrected Megatron. The music and darkness of the scene really spooked me.

The Vok from Beast Wars scared the shit out of me in Beast Wars, and they're still a bit disturbing, especially in Tarantulas' death scene.

Ditto, though I didn't understand it as a kid but now I realised how freaky near-emotionless doctors/therapists and lobotomies are

Does this face truly deserve the creepy award?

I thin it's a face of tragedy than a face of horror.

When I was younger Nightmare Planet scared me a bit, I dunno why though guess I'm easy to scare.

I agree with the Transmutate and Dark Awakening episodes, they were scary but in a well written way (in contrast to B.O.T and Carnage in C-Minor which were so poorly written or animated it was scary XD)

Five Faces of Darkness. Rodimus Prime as Autobot leader for a whole season? The horror, the horror.

The whole third season of G1 was dark and death obsessed. I saw it again a few years ago and I was surprised at how disturbing it all was. Not just Dark Awakening, though that is the memorable creepy episode.

As a kid, going to the cinema to see a Transformers movie.

The Decepticons board the Autobot ship but that's ok, coz, just like the cartoons I've been watching, at least Prowl, Brawn and Ironhide won't actually be ki-

    -oh, wait, what the shit?-

Seriously, what the fffuu... No way. That's fucking Prowl. He can't die. Shit, was that Ratchet? Wait, what? Since when? Have they always preivously just been really good at mending themselves and that suddenly isn't an option to Autobots? Have there been some target practice episodes I missed?

Whoah, there you go, Ironhide's still alive, see, and there's no way Megatron would just, y'know execute...

    ...oh...

Welp. There's a harsh awakening to life for a six-year-old.

By the time Wheeljack's corpse is so casually laid in shot I am ready to start selling guns and crack in innercity areas and vow that nobody I ever vote for could solve the violence inherit in this world. Fuck this life.

Oh, good, well at least Starscream's made it through, I like him. And he's leader now, bless him. Sweet.

    Wait. Oh, hang on.

No fucking way did that just happen.

And what was that "comedy/coronation" line? That makes, like, zero sense at all. That's just alliteration.

Oh yes, it's also pretty evident that the TV Tropers have milk for blood. A lot of their examples of "Nightmare Fuel" are pretty pathetic unless they're all like, 9 years old or something.

I think this is the ur-example, from TVtropes:

"•This troper recalls being completely freaked out, as a child, by the classic The Electric Company skit Silent E, to the point where she would routinely scream and hide behind the couch on sight of the little git. The best she can figure now is that it had something to do with the 'silent' thing.
◦This troper is glad she's not alone in this. She thinks it has more to do with the fact that he turns a man into a mane and a cub into a cube. Think about it... "

    That is just sad.
