What is wrong with you? The twins are horrible figures, but every Bumblebee thus far has been AWESOME!

Shh, you'll give them ideas since they probably look at boards to find out what's likely to sell.

I predict that the usual shit distribution will anger people into wrongfully blaming scalpers.

Nonsense, we all know Skids and Mudflap are the greatest of all. Bumblebee just can't compete with their magnificence.

I hear there is a big recall on Skids and Mudflap...something about parts being chocking hazard. Yep, the stores are looking to clear them out soon and quick. This could really raise the value of the twins. Better get em quick before they are gone!!!!

this is what really helps scalpers. top names end up in most areas but names like powerglide will not. kinda like inferno and grapple.

conventions are not only a gathering of fans but scalpers as well. you'll find tables and tables of them. i find it rather funny that peeps complain about scalpers yet go see a guy without a physical store and then buy from them. ask if they have a physical store and if the dude doesn't chances are that dude is a scalper.

Well I do think Transformers toys have a built in advantage against scalpers do to its more limited assortments per case. Also varients are rarely a issue.

Hopefully scalpers have been burned enough in the past by the falling collector demand as a case becomes easier to find distributed.

The only thing that really retains much street value usually are the store exclusives. But even then its a gamble unless your studying collector trends.

Ultimately I think scalpers are going to be grabing Optimus Prime and Bumblebee to swindle parents in the Christmas shoping rush.

My local scalpers usually do stay away from Transformers. Because I think its burned them on a poor return in the past.

I can't find a single Bumblebee or Skids anywhere I go. I think my local scalpers are already onto these.

I think right now, Shockwave is going to be scalped, but after the first few weeks, he won't be going for much. I also think Mirage might be popular with scalpers, especially if he is one per case. Same for Wheeljack.

Before TJMaxxx HA Mudflap was few and far for everyone. End-of-the-liners are given as scalper-bait but not until people start figuring out that we've hit end-of-line.

Ugh, I hate the twins, they were obnoxious stupid characters in the movie, and shelf warmers in real life :(

I don't know what you guys are talking about, I found like 25 Powerglides around the area. I'm gonna post em up on eBay for like $25 a pop.

Worrying about the availability of any movie figures - aside from the final waves - is silly. All of these guys will be vast and plentiful.

2007 was a fluke - they had distribution issues because they hadn't planned on the line being as successful as it was. That issue has obviously been resolved.
