We'll have to see how things shape up in Season 3, but I think Sari being a robot (or at least having robot components) increases her chances of getting a toy. She could come with some sort of power-up parts, or an exo-suit..... heck, she might even start transforming and get an alt mode. I suspect she has some connection to Megatron, so I dunno, maybe she goes all Targetmaster and becomes a weapon. Although that seems out of character. I do find myself wanting a Sari toy, though.... the Animated lineup doesn't feel complete without her. A Robot Heroes version would probably fit the bill just fine, since her proportions suit the style anyway. Either way, I feel fairly confident that there will eventually be SOME toy version of her.
She seems to be a protoform wrapped in a biological body, so she might gain an altmode at some point. Perhaps a moped. Conversely, she could be sold as a Pretender sort of deal, with her current body as a highly posable outer shell, and the robot underneath as an endoskeleton.
A robot Heroes cast would be fun, Id buy them. But the perfect Sari toy that needs to come out it "Sari's Allspark Powered Key", it would fit in great with the Nerf and Electronic Blasters. With flashing Blue lights, the transformation sound effect when you press a button and the rigid part of the key pops out and maybe a phrase or two from the show. Like Optimus saying how the key should be used properly and not as a toy!!!
A Sari toy would be great! Even if it wasn't really that positionable (should have come with Leader Bulkhead). Haven't really dug any human (sorta) cast member since Spike.
I've been wanting a Sari toy since the beginning. Robot Heroes would be fine, but I would prefer something bigger.
Didn't know that... Oh well, can't stay away from little spoilers forever, I reckon. I am surprised there's no toy of her yet. Really?
Sounds good to me. An inscale (with the Deluxes, Voyagers, et al), preposed PVC figurine, with an electronic "roleplay" toy. I'd buy it. No, dolls are made to look uber-realistic, and have faux hair & cloth clothing. If Barbie was made all plastic, with sculpted hair & clothes, she'd be an action figure. Best example: The original 12" G.I. Joes were dolls. The 3.75" ones introduced in '82 were action figures.
