Well, do you think it would come off and then go back on? I want to take a picture of Prime beating him with it. xD

 

What could possibly go wrong?

 

Take two photos; one of Prime holding Leader Starscream's arm with the rest of the figure still attached, then the second with Leader Starscream in the position that you want him to be in when Prime is beating him with his own arm (probably with the "arm-less" side hidden from view.

Then, just photoshop as needed and voila! Prime beating the crap out of Starscream with his own arm and no risky toy disection needed.

 

Try it and find out, why don't you?

 

Well, um, use a screwdriver, don't just, like... pull it off.

 

I'm fairly sure nothing is glued up there, so yeah, it should be able to come apart with some tool magic.

 

Well that's not very movie-accurate.

 

Well, Prime is a robot, so you could count his arm as a tool.

 

But the real question is: How would one go about taking off Starscream's arm with Optimus Prime's arm? He doesn't even have articulated fingers.

 

I'd definetly appreciate seeing these pics once they're done, if you follow Autobot Burnout's advice.  

 

Use the edge of his kibble and jam it into the screwhole.

Trust me, that does not work out as well as you would think.

 

It's probably just me, but that doesn't look right  . Starscream's face isn't helping things out.

 

His arm comes off with little difficulty using a screwdriver, I did it for my collection snapshot

 

I actually unscrewed it. I was worried about springs and stuff in the ratchet but guess not lol. I'm gonna post the pictures once I take them. lol
