I live in Russia, and getting DOTM toys (In general, Transformers toys, too) is very difficult here, the price is more than 2 times higher American :cry  I very much want to buy Leader Ironhide, please tell me a shop that can arrange delivery to Russia (for instance by Express Mail)!

its normal. American companies want to keep their local prices lower and make it higher for everyone else.

In soviet russia, price... no wait... just no.

Don't worry, the price thing is the same in every country outside the USA (and a few others I think?). I've tried to get some 'formers through eBay but I don't know if there are more "official" stores (HTS only ships inside the states it seems), or if the price ends up being lower than the local market.

Leader Ironhide hasn't really started showing up yet in a lot of places. I have yet to see one. It's often many months after the initial sighting before something shows up. I've occaisionally been tempted to buy online, but I generally prefer to buy from local retailers. It's better for transformers in the long run.

Some of the ones on Ebay will ship internationally, like the ones in China, but it'd end up costing like 90 dollars American.

so, it seems that "more than double of USA price" is applied to more than just one country, here too... deluxes are at 13.000 pesos (aprox 28.5 US dollars) =(

Price is still not the main thing. It is hard to find. In conventional stores Hasbro'sTransformers toys are VERY rare (Takara is not in principle), and I have not met even once Leader class. In the Russian Internet it is doubtful to buy, because store employees poorly understand - can put a Voyager instead Leader into box :D
I have found one in Russian Internet, for $ 130 though.
