Probably because there is a bit of disappointment. There is little reason these couldn't have been a mainline release, and on top of that we hardly get enough decepticon figures as is.

 

Given they are using the Wheeljack front end I'm guessing they will also have Wheeljacks height as well - wish they would have used the Tracks front end instead.

 

After years of looking at the TFCC, these figures finally DID push me over the edge to join the Club. Can't wait to get the first magazine, and then, somewhere next year, to get these.

 

Eh, I doubt it. At least not with new heads and this attention to detail. Plus releasing another white version of the same mold isn't on the top of Hasbro's list of things to do (nor is releasing two guys with the same mold and nearly the same name).

theres a thread floating around where someone had rearranged the bot mode of wheeljack to look like 'bout and 'muck which looked pretty good. the wings were folded away, the rear cowling was pulled up some, and the shoulder gun was installed. ill see if i can find the thread...

That's it, I'm going to join the club again this year. Between these two and the "SG Drift" a.k.a. "classics Knockout" I think this will be a good year to join the club.

 

Looks like i'l have to join this year just for the freebie and other one.
