okay now that half this list is confirmed this needs a bump,

I think that most of these characters will be released as part of 2 box sets.

 

I would just like to reiterate that the first half of this list was already confirmed by other sources before this list came up, so using any names from the top half as evidence for the legitimacy of the second half is ignoring the chronological order of reveals.

Let's look at this list again...



Overlord, Black Shadow, Quickswitch, Octane, Tidal Wave, Perceptor, Nautica, Fastlane, Pounce, Getaway, Cosmos, Seaspray, Godbomber... all conformed and they're either out now or have been shown off.

That leaves..

Predaking- possible CW style boxed set during POTP
Arcee -
Cloudraker - practically confirmed as a Fastlane retool
Wingspan - practically confirmed as a Pounce retool
Beachcomber - hopefully a Legends figure to match his fellow minibots
Deathsaurus - possibly POTP leader figure
Starscream - could be anything
Abominus - possible CW style boxed set during POTP (using shared toolings from Predaking)
Dinobot - is it Dinobot or A Dinobot? Hmm
Huffer - let's try this again   or a rerelease
Windcharger - maybe a rerelease
Grotusque - Titan master or a new body? 50/50 shot considering his brothers
Flywheels - Megatron / Blitzwing retool? Or maybe a Black Shadow retool? Could be boxed set fodder
Battletrap - probably a new figure
Blood - no idea
Darkwing - no idea
Dreadwind - no idea
Black Zarak - man, such a tease
Landcross - a minibots boxed set?
Carnivac - weirdwolf retool would be most logical

Very true. But man it'd be nice..

 

Now a leader Flywheels would be interesting, but a better fit for that mold than Black Shadow for obvious reasons. I could possibly see them doing Abominus and Predaking (Razorclaw to Hun-gurr would be quite the feet) as re-tools of each other, but please new molds! The other terrifying thing to consider is Hun-Gurr is a re-tool of the Sky-Lynx mold.

 

Darkwing and/or Dreadwind could be based off the Black Shadow mould instead.

Besides, I don't think Takara is going to let that happen to Buster & Hydra.

 

Was this list leaks for hasbro or takara? Reason I ask is because godbomber, while likely being in a boxset, has neither been confirmed, rumored or teased by hasbro

 

I think black Zarak would be quite an obvious choice for a Titanmaster in a box set, ala Thunderwing and Rodimus Prime.

 

I have a lot of hope for ABOMINUS , PREDAKING and LANDCROSS to be getting a release since we have got most of whats on the list = yay ! god I can`t wait .

 

That is completely logical. It should be long before info slips out about the other two boxed sets. If Black Zarak does end up as a Titan Master, then I'd say this list is going to pretty much happen.

I hope. I also hope for the Seacons and Monster Pretenders / Dinoforce.. And RAIDEN!

 

I would love a proper predaking. If we do get one, I hope it turns out well and isn't a bunch of repaints.

 

Monstructor, Raiden, and Landcross are the only G1 combiners yet to receive any official or 3rd party remakes. Although Monstructor could be coming from FansProject at any moment. So any of those would be welcome, assuming they are done well.

I do wish TakaraTomy wasn't so far behind on the Classics releases.

I sincerely hope not. Flywheels is about the only TR figure that I'm looking forward to.

A Deluxe Godbomber was actually going to be in the Strength boxset according to the TransMissions podcast leaks, but it was replaced with Metalhawk. Those leaks also had Magnus Prime as a blue PMOP instead of a minor Ginrai redeco, so you can see what happened - Hasbro decided to use Takara's Ginrai, so they dropped the Deluxe Godbomber they had planned, and are now going to put Takara's version in another boxset.

 

I know all that, my point was that godbomber is still nothing more than an assumption based on a pattern and is in no way confirmed

 

Right, nothing has actively rumoured a Hasbro release of the Takara Godbomber, yeah.

This list is pretty old and likely sourced from the same internal documents as the TransMissions leaks, so when it lists Godbomber, it'll be referring to the dropped Deluxe version.
