I found this at the Allspark forums, Sorry if this has already been posted, and please bear in mind it is just a rumour atm but...

"Allspark user Darkmount has stopped by with an email that he reportedly received from Hasbro UK. If the email is accurate, it sounds like bad news for UK fans...

Thank you for your interest in our Transformers product line.

Regrettably, I can confirm that we will not be offering any further case assortments from the Generations line.
I can confirm however that we will be fully supporting all other Transformers lines, including the newly released Stealth Force toys.
Please continue to check your local retailer for new products.

    Kind regards,
    Sarah

There was another email from someone on here and it said "Wave 1 only. Till the end of year" if I remember correctly.

    Dunno but.

Well ive just emailed them, asking what the plan is with this line. Ill let everyone know what their response is.

If this is true then... wow. This was the only line i had any intention of buying with a couple of exceptions here and there.

That's truly awful. Fandom has always been very strong in the UK. Now we are seeing maybe the best "G1 redux" line ever, and you get frozen out? Sadness...

Hopefully we will still see these guys seen as they arent generations

2010 Main Line Scouts Wave 4
    Windcharger
2010 Main Line Deluxes Wave 4
Special Ops Autobot Jazz, Turbo Tracks, Mindset and Fallback. Generations / Classics invade the main line!

Which figs does this mean we miss the wfc characters, red alert, dirge and blurr?

I think the HFTD and Generations lines may be consolidated come 2011 so there is one line prior to the TF3 toy launch.

However if it is true that there will be no more generation's molds released in the UK, I am saddened for our UK brethren.

LOL @ continuing to support Stealth Force.

So possibly no more Generations but here you go, we'll give you plenty of these vehicle modes with pop out weapons.

    Helps if we have the whole story;

It's not about consolidating lines, pr woman is saying we won't get any more generations toys other than those that are already on the shelves, i.e nothing other then wave 1.

I hope this is just a mistake, not getting even wave two would just be insulting and worse treatment then we've had even before now. Usually they can't be bothered to ship the last wave or two at the tail end of a fiscal year's product but stopping after one bloody wave, there are no words...

    If true:

    hahahahahahahahaha!!!

That's gold! After people actually stood up for Hasbro UK in the other thread... wow. :D

Good job Transformers, you're the most popular toy of the past 25 years, and getting kicked off the shelves for battle hamsters.

    :D

I'm laughing to hide the tears.

    :(

    If not true:

Damn it's sad how believable I find this. :(

If true, that line in particular is a slap in the face.

A UK newspaper recognises TFs as an enduring brand.....

...but Hasbro UK skip out on the line that draws from that history, whilst pushing a toy line that just barely fits the 'Transformer' definition.

..and then there was Human Alliance too.

So even though the Generations line seems to be selling out quickly in most UK stores, they drop it. Nice one Hasbro!
