Just picked him up, really like the mold and paint but on mine I cannot get the blades to stay with the little latches. There is a good quarter of an inch difference between where the latch is and where it is supposed to go in. It can't be a QC issue, the size of the parts simply do not seem to line up, there is no way to get it in even with forcing it, is this some sort of general issue for the toy?

It's probably the same issue as it as people were noting with Mindwipe: you actually need to fold his wrists down even farther.

They feel like they "stop" at a certain point, but keep going, and you'll find they bend even more, allowing the knives to catch properly.

This. It takes more force then you would think but, it will fold the hands more flush thus allowing the blades to be secure.

Thanks for this! Mindwipe and Strafe were getting a little tired of walking around like knife-wielding madmen :p

I've never seen this guy at retail, let alone had this problem.

Check any nearby Marshalls , Ross , or TJ Maxx stores and you may find him!

This. I was going to return my "defective" item, until my friend started messing with him and discovered that.
