I've got a quick question about taking apart the RTS Optimus, mainly the pins. I know how to do the standard pins on him, but I'm wondering if there's a way to remove the giant ones holding his wheels and knee in place? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Yeah I saw that... I'm trying to find an option that doesn't opt for a soder iron to remove the pins/rivets.

Removing pins can be done with a pin punch. The rivets, on the other hand, are best removed with a soldering iron.

I think it's also important to determine whether said pins and rivets actually need removing. They can be a lot of trouble to fool with. If you can work around them, you may be a lot better off :)

Listen to the man. unless you don't plan to re-assemble, you're better off leaving them in, they may never go back the way you want them. Especially for wheels, you can mask them with tape if you're going to spraypaint the rest of the figure.
