That mold just keeps looking better with each incarnation. I don't think it's quite good enough for a 3rd buy, but I think that's the best looking use of it so far.

I didn't know you could totally remove the back rotor assembly then use it as a weapon. I so want this guy.

Really nice repaint, but I'm just not that bothered about the mold.

I'm SO tempted to get this two pack and use them as Classics Whirl and Bludgeon. At least until something better comes along...

He looks better than Evac. I don't think I'll get him though.

That is easily the best this mould has ever looked.

Blackout pissed me off so I sold him. Evac's Allspark blue annoyed me so I never got him. I also didn't get Wreckage but now I kind of want him. Getting this awesome Evac repaint as Whirl and the Wreckage repaint in one box set is just awesome. I will definitely be getting this. So awesome! I love the remolding on Whirl (it was probably done on Evac but I never noticed it before).

Transformers who predominantly use one color for the upper body and a different color for the lower body always make me smile.... it just looks like they are wearing pants. :)

Anyway, great repaint and a sure purchase (especially with bonus Bludgeon). I'm glad the deco doesn't just ape G1 Whirl, but goes for a darker and more modern look.

Nice repaint. Better than Evac IMO.

I've had one of these for a month...I guess I should've posted pics or a review, but I thought nobody would care because he's a repaint.
He's very cool, though, but mine's right shoulder was misassembled.

Nice colors, but unless they fixed the automorph feature this is still a really bad toy.

That is my favorite part about Whirl; unlike my three Blackouts, Whirl's automorph actually works flawlessly and it's great.

I dig, I dig. Can't wait to pick it up, even if it is the fourth time for me with this mold.

I never got EVAC, Blackout or Wreckage, but always thought those were the nicest movie molds, just not GEEWUN enough for me. Problem SOLVED!
