    This is my first custom so feel free to criticize my work. i'm almost done, just need to put the chest back together and repaint a few parts.


    EDIT: I'm going to take some proper pics when I'm completely done with the figure.

    While you're at it, you should shave off the pointed ends of his claws. Wheelie had stubby square fingers in the movie.

    Well, now I'm done with about half of the figure. The blue doesen't look so great because of brush strokes. How can I prevent brush strokes in the future ?

    use an air brush? lol.
    if using a regular brush - apply very thin coats, and run the brush over them while almost dry. check out what you're painting from different angles with good lighting. Several thin coats will cover the piece and give you a great finish

    as for the hands - looking good. If I ever visit Wheelie, I would do more movie accurate hands (they are actually more like regular hands and not long claws) I can imagine Hasbro having very early concept art for wheelie when they made this figure.
