    I think the second is a darker gray. Could be wrong though.

    All I see is the back of the card is different, and Optimus looks like he's further up in the package. Otherwise, it looks the same. Still a "meh" figure to me.

    European kids under 5 can't play with it. American kids mature faster, it seems.

    The US box also has a 5+ mark on the left side of the front too, but they're either required by law or choose to be extra-careful by including the choking hazard as well. It's to cover their asses from any ignorant parents who might give this to a toddler, leave them unsupervised, and have something terrible occur as a result.

    I like how the Euro box says "2 in 1". I guess the European market calls for clarification on what it means to transform into something. I got 3 words: USA (!) :)

    Never a fan of the Euro packaging extra languages meaning we lose most of the profiles and all of the tech specs. Still, it does look to have a little extra picture of Optimus shoved up Stratosphere's arse. :)
